Shish kebab
Two for $5
Bamboo skewers of fresh & delicious chicken or pork, seasoned with our secret blend of spices. We grill these bad boys over American charcoal and glaze them with our own special blend of BBQ sauce.

BBQ Pork Ribs
A crowd favorite, we sell two ribs for $5 or as many racks as you can carry for $15/rack. Every rack is coated in a special blend of spicies, then roasted low & slow for several hours. Add extra BBQ sauce (or our chef's favorite: Carolina Sauce) and some napkins and you'll be wicked happy.

Local farm fresh New Jersey corn, roasted over hot charcoals. Go classic with salt and butter, or try a local favorite: hot pepper and lime
Seasonal
Sausage, pepper & onion sandwich
Sweet or spicy italian pork sausage served on a locally baked italian subroll. Get it with or without bell peppers and onions in our homemade red sauce (...you should get it with).
